2. Custom Made-to-Order Production
Our products are custom printed specifically for you upon receiving your order. Because we do not carry pre-printed mass inventory, all orders enter production immediately.
- Cancellations: You have a strict 24-hour window from the exact time of purchase to cancel or modify your order. Once an item moves into the production stage, it cannot be altered, stopped, or refunded.
- Sizing: Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific sizing charts provided in each product listing before purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All processing, production, and shipping timelines are subject to our standard fulfillment windows:
- Orders are processed and printed within 3 to 4 business days.
- Orders ship out within 3 business days following production completion.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages stolen after tracking confirms delivery.
4. Intellectural Property & Graphics
All content included on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, vector mask designs, custom typography, apparel layouts, and photographic mockups—is the exclusive property of Rocket Fuel New Orleans LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of our original artwork or branding is strictly prohibited.
5. Pricing and Product Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product, collection, or design without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, under the jurisdiction of the city of New Orleans.
